4. Apple Health Integration

PlateLoad may integrate with Apple Health where enabled by the user.

If enabled, PlateLoad may write completed workouts to Apple Health. PlateLoad does not access unrelated Apple Health data without the user's permission. Apple Health permissions are managed by the user through Apple's permission controls and device settings.

5. AI and Generative Content

PlateLoad uses third-party generative AI services, currently Google Gemini, to produce workout plans, meal suggestions, exercise imagery, and coaching insights.

When you use these features, we send relevant context — such as your workout goals, training preferences, dietary preferences, and recent workout data — to the AI provider solely to generate a response for your request.

We do not send your email address, payment information, or raw Apple Health data to AI providers.

Providers process these requests under their own data-protection terms and do not use this data to train their public models.

AI-generated content is assistive, may be inaccurate, and is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use it.
